Important Shipping Notice!
Street Body Jewelry only ships to confirmed addresses. This means your shipping address must match the billing address on your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Paypal Account. If an order is placed with an unconfirmed address the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. -
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes!
Shipping Methods
Street Body Jewelry ships worldwide from our branch in Bangkok, Thailand.
We offer the following shipping methods:
You will be given a custom quote and delivery time for each method at the checkout.
Shipping Time
Please allow 1-2 Business Days for us to prepare your order before shipping. This is in addition to the shipping time specified for each courier at the checkout.
Delivery time does not include any delays that may occur during customs clearance. In most cases packages will not be delayed by customs, but customs regulations vary from country to country.
Package Tracking
With all our EMS shipments we offer an online tracking number, so that you can track your package status at all times. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. Tracking number will also be stored in your account area with your order details.
International Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees and additional charges of customs clearance or import duties. We have no control over these charges because custom policies vary in different countries. All duties and taxes outside Thailand will be at customer's expenses. Street Body Jewelry is not responsible for these charges.
Back Ordered Items
If your order contains items which are out marked as out of stock, your order will be placed on back order while we re-stock the items. Back orders usually take between 2-3 weeks before the items are re-stock and shipped to the customer.
Note that if you want to order some products which are in stock and some products which are out of stock, we suggest you place two separate orders, so that the in stock items can be shipped right away.
Returns

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you are unhappy with any of the products in your order, you can return the products to us for a full refund less shipping. ** Please see money back conditions below **
Return Conditions
- You must first contact us for an RMA number HERE. Any orders sent back without an RMA number will not be refunded or re-shipped.
- Returned products must be in an unworn, unused condition. Product must still be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Street Body Jewelry does not cover the shipping cost of returning the products
- All refunds issued will be minus the original shipping cost
- Any products sent back which do not meet the above return conditions will not be refunded or re-shipped.
